Your licence

Buying SubtleNote gives you a lifetime licence to use it, for personal or work use, on up to 2 Macs at a time. Your licence key is for you only. Please don't share or resell it.

Recording other people

You are responsible for following the recording and consent laws where you and the other people on the call are. In many places you must tell everyone on a call that you are recording or taking notes. SubtleNote reminds you while it records.

AI-generated notes

Transcripts and notes are created by AI on your Mac and can contain mistakes, such as misheard words, wrong names or missed action items. Check anything important before relying on it.

Requirements

SubtleNote needs a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 27 or later, about 5 GB of free space for its AI models, and an internet connection the first time it opens.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for details.

No warranty

SubtleNote is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Open-source credits
