SubtleNote is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

14-day money-back guarantee

If SubtleNote doesn't work for you, for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

• Email muskan.sharma2027@mastersunion.org from the email address you bought with.
• Include your order or payment ID from your purchase email, if you have it.
• We reply within 2 business days.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
• Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.
• Your licence key is turned off, and SubtleNote will ask for a licence the next time it checks online.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days aren't guaranteed. If SubtleNote stops working on a supported Mac (Apple silicon, macOS 27 or later) and we can't fix it, email us and we will look at it case by case.

Please check that your Mac meets the requirements: Apple silicon, macOS 27 or later, and about 5 GB of free space for the AI models.
